Leadership. Knowledge. Influence. Relationships.

This isn’t a traditional trade show built around exhibition footfall.

It is a carefully curated, invitation-led forum designed around senior-level conversation, peer-to-peer learning and meaningful relationships.

It’s not about how many people we can put in a room. It’s about putting the right people in the room.

01 A New UK Fire & Safety Leaders Community Launching June 2027

Where Leaders Learn From Leaders.

Fire & Safety leadership is changing. New technologies. New energy systems. Increasingly complex buildings and infrastructure. Emerging risks. A changing regulatory environment. Organisational resilience. And growing expectations around the protection of people, property and operations.

Why we are launching this

The people responsible for managing those challenges need opportunities to learn from others facing them.

That is why we are launching Leaders in Fire & Safety — Manchester: an intimate, senior-level environment where fire and life safety leaders can spend meaningful time with their peers, discuss the issues affecting their organisations and learn from the experience of others.

The programme is editorially driven and developed around the challenges, responsibilities and opportunities facing today’s senior fire and life safety professionals — shaped around the issues occupying the profession rather than the products being sold to it.

02 A Proven Leaders Philosophy New to UK Fire & Safety

New to UK Fire & Safety.
Built on an established model.

Manchester is the first Leaders in Fire & Safety event in the United Kingdom. The Leaders philosophy behind it is already well established within Centurian Media.

The Leaders philosophy is already established across Centurian Media’s international event portfolio, where we have demonstrated our ability to identify, engage and bring together high-calibre senior professionals in premium, invitation-led environments.

Our established SJUK Leaders in Security event in Manchester, now with three successful years behind it, has demonstrated that this approach works in the UK market. Senior leaders value an environment where they can genuinely engage with their peers, without an exhibition floor or a supplier-dominated programme. Commercial partners value it for exactly the same reason.

03 Why Manchester Manchester, UK

Manchester isn’t simply where our first UK event takes place.

It’s where we intend to begin building our UK Fire & Safety community.

Choosing the home of our first UK Leaders in Fire & Safety event mattered. We wanted a city capable of bringing together a national audience.

Somewhere that would feel relevant and accessible to fire and safety leaders from across the United Kingdom, rather than being associated with one particular region or industry. Exceptionally well connected, with easy access from across the North and Midlands and direct rail links from London, Manchester provides a natural meeting point for senior leaders travelling from across the country.

But connectivity is only part of the story. As the largest city-region economy outside London, Manchester sits at the intersection of many of the industries facing today’s most complex fire and life safety challenges — environments where leadership increasingly requires more than technical compliance. It requires strategy, judgement, innovation and resilience.

Manchester also gives IFSJ something important for a first UK event: an established foundation. Centurian Media has run SJUK Leaders in Security in Manchester for three years — proof that our invitation-led philosophy attracts senior British decision-makers to this city.

A national audience. A world-class city.

03

Meaningful networking

Time deliberately built into the day to meet and talk with fellow leaders.

04

Carefully selected industry partners

Engage with a limited number of organisations bringing relevant expertise, technologies and solutions to the community.

05

A relaxed senior environment

No sprawling exhibition floor. No chasing footfall. No fighting through thousands of visitors to find the people you came to meet.

Quality over quantity.
Conversation over footfall.

Be there at the beginning.

Every established industry event had a first year. Every successful community began with people and organisations who saw the opportunity before it became established.

On Thursday 24 June 2027 we will bring together the first Leaders in Fire & Safety community in the United Kingdom. Our ambition is to build something that grows in quality, seniority and influence year after year.

A trusted annual meeting place where the UK’s senior Fire & Safety leaders learn from one another, where important industry conversations take place, and where a carefully selected group of partners can connect with the people shaping the future of the profession.

— Two Leaders Communities One Manchester week

Two distinct events.
Two senior communities.
One Manchester destination.

Thursday 24 June 2027

A dedicated senior leadership forum for the UK’s Fire & Safety community.

This event

Each remains a distinct event with its own audience, programme, editorial identity and commercial community. Across two days, Centurian Media convenes the senior professionals responsible for protecting the UK’s people, property, organisations and infrastructure.

07 For Industry Partners Founding partner places open

Be part of the community from the beginning.

For organisations providing technology, products, services and expertise to the Fire & Safety sector, visibility alone is rarely the biggest challenge. The real challenge is gaining meaningful access to senior decision-makers.

Access to senior professionals responsible for fire protection strategy, technology, operations, procurement and investment across some of the UK’s most important organisations and industries.

Commercial participation will be deliberately limited. We don’t want a room dominated by suppliers. We want a small number of relevant organisations whose technology, expertise and solutions add value to the community. A limited number of Founding Partner opportunities are now available for organisations wishing to join the event in its first year.

It’s not simply about having your brand in the room. It’s about being part of the conversation.

01

Meet senior Fire & Safety decision-makers

02

Demonstrate expertise and thought leadership

03

Participate in relevant industry conversations

04

Strengthen existing customer relationships
